When you install ACE.Pro, the software runs entirely on your machine. Your files are scanned, indexed, and analyzed locally. The metadata, fingerprints, and organizational intelligence never leave your device.
We have no servers that store your file contents. We have no databases that catalog your creative work. We have no analytics pipelines that process your personal data. We literally cannot see what you are working on, even if we wanted to.
This is "Zero-Knowledge" in the truest sense: we have zero knowledge of your data. If a government agency subpoenas us, we have nothing to hand over. If a hacker breaches our infrastructure, there is nothing to steal. Your data sovereignty is absolute.

Our deduplication, fingerprinting, and organizational features are based on deterministic algorithms (hashing, checksums, file-type analysis) that do not require training data. The "intelligence" in "Storage Intelligence" is computational, not learned.
If we ever introduce machine learning features in the future, any model training would occur exclusively on publicly available datasets or synthetic data generated by our team. Your creative work will never be part of any training corpus.
This commitment is not just policy—it is architecture. Because your data never reaches our servers, it would be technically impossible for us to train on it even if we broke our own promise.
